# Pricing | Ace

Ace is free for players: no paid tier, no trial period, no per match fee. For
clubs, FullClub Standard is free and Growth costs 2.5% of an online payment,
with card fees already included. Neither has a monthly fee. Custom, for club
chains and non-standard setups, is priced on request.

## Players

- Price: free
- Includes: finding players at your level, creating and joining matches,
  tournaments (Americano, Mexicano, King of the Court and more), a TrueSkill
  based rating, communities, and the padel club directory
- Limits: none
- Platforms: iOS, Android, web

## Clubs (FullClub)

Three tiers. Each one is everything in the tier below it, plus what is listed.

### Standard

- Price: free. No monthly fee, no setup fee, no commission on bookings, no
  court limit, no minimum commitment.
- Includes: the booking system and calendar, unlimited courts and
  reservations, data migration from the club's current system, a public club
  page on the club's own domain, logo, colours and language versions, member
  base, roles and approvals, the club community, tournaments and open matches,
  connection to the Ace player network, analytics, activity log and team
  users, the events widget for an existing website, API and MCP access, paying
  at the club (cash, card, transfer), a credit system including MultiSport,
  email and phone support, and a listing in the Ace club directory
- Bookings a player pays at the club (cash, card at the counter, bank
  transfer): free. Ace takes nothing and never sees the transaction.

### Growth

- Price: 2.5% of the online transaction. Card fees, refunds and cancellations
  are inside that number. Nothing is added on top. Still no monthly fee.
- Adds: online card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay, payouts straight to
  the club's account, required prepayment when the club wants it, cancellation
  rules and automatic refunds, and no-show handling.

### Custom

- Price: on request.
- Adds: integrations with the systems the club already runs, custom features
  built for its operation, onboarding and team training, several clubs under
  one account, and dedicated support with its own SLA.

### All three tiers

- Player booking fee: none. The player pays the court price the club sets.
- Limits: none
