Common questions
What does it cost?
Using all the club tools is free. You can also run the FullClub booking system in its basic version completely free, fully connected to Ace. If you decide to take online payments, the price is 2.5% in transaction fees, which already cover the card fees and the payment gateway. A booking a player pays at the club costs nothing.
Do we need FullClub to use the rest?
No. Tournaments, the community, the wall and coaching all work on their own. Keep the booking system you have, or run without one.
We have our own booking system. Will players see our free slots in Ace?
Yes, through the API, and you keep the system you run. Your free court slots show up in the Ace app, so a player who has never heard of your club books a court with you. It works the other way too: one script tag puts your Ace matches and tournaments on your own website, and an open API covers the rest.
How long does it take to start?
The community side takes an afternoon. Create your club community, post once and open your first tournament. Moving your bookings into FullClub takes longer, and we do that part with you.
What is a player level, and can we trust it?
Every rated match a player finishes moves their level, so it comes from results rather than from what they typed into a profile. That is what makes tournament draws and group lessons land at the right level.
Do we have to move our members over?
No. Most players around you are already on Ace. Your club community picks them up where they are, and anyone missing joins with a link.
