Every player on Ace has a level from 1.0 to 7.0. It is calculated from matches played and it holds in every club.
You can set a level
As a certified coach you set a player’s level right in the app. That is why we verify coaches in person.
Progress is visible
After a session a player goes and plays matches, and the level moves. They see the shift in the number.
What coaches ask us
Do I have to be with a club?
No. Ace works the same for club and independent coaches. You open a slot on any court you teach on.
What if my club uses a different booking system?
That is fine. You book the court the way you do today and use Ace for the players, the sign-ups and the money.
Who can sign up for my session?
Any player on Ace inside the level range you set. You can approve each request. Guests without an account you add by hand.
What if nobody signs up?
You cancel the slot and everyone signed up gets a notification. Nothing happens automatically.
How many people can be in one session?
From one to twenty. Four is the default.
Can I set player levels?
Yes, as a certified coach. That is why we verify you in person.
Can people without Ace see my page?
Yes. The page is public, it opens in a browser and Google finds it.
What about everything I already run on WhatsApp?
You do not have to shut anything down. Most coaches keep chatting where they always have and use Ace for sign-ups and money.
