What organizers ask us
How many people do we need to start?
As many as you have. Start the community, send the link and people join. There is no minimum.
Do we have to leave our chat?
No. Most communities keep chatting where they are used to and use Ace for attendance, money and results.
Do we need our own courts?
No. You can meet at three different clubs and still be one community.
Who can run the community?
Owner, admin and moderator. The owner runs everything, the admin manages members and posts, the moderator handles requests and comments.
Can we keep the community closed?
Yes. You choose whether it is open, approval only, or link only.
How does collecting money work?
You split the event between the players and everyone gets their own amount. They pay by QR or through Revolut, and the money goes to your account.
Can people without Ace join us?
You add them to a tournament as guests without an account. For announcements and sign-ups they need the app, which is free for players.
What if we already run the community somewhere else?
Delete nothing. Start the community on Ace, send the link and let people move at their own pace.
