How much does ClubBrain cost?
The booking system is free forever. No monthly fee, no setup fee, and no commission on your bookings. Turn on online payments and we take 2.5% of the transaction, with card fees already included, so that one number is the whole price. Anything a player pays you at the club stays entirely yours.
Can we run bookings on our own domain?
Yes, and it's included. Your public club page runs on your own domain, with your logo and your colours, and players never see our branding. If you already have a website, you can drop a widget with your events onto it instead.
How fast can our club go live?
We set up your courts, opening hours and price lists for you after a half hour call, so most of the work is ours, not yours. There's no setup fee. Your public page and your events in the Ace app go live together.
Do we have to move our existing bookings by hand?
No. We import your existing reservations and your member base for you as part of the setup. Migration from another system is assisted by our team today, and both systems can run side by side while you switch.
How does ClubBrain bring new players to our club?
Every tournament, open match and free court you publish in ClubBrain shows up in the Ace app, where thousands of padel players are already looking for a game. Not just your own members, but players who don't know your club yet. There's no ad budget and no paid placement involved.
Can we use ClubBrain without the booking module?
Yes. Leagues, company groups and crews that play across different venues can run the community side on its own: members, tournaments, the club wall and announcements, with no booking module and no courts of your own. It's free, like everything else.
Is ClubBrain only for padel, or other sports too?
Courts are yours to name, so ClubBrain runs tennis, pickleball, badminton and squash exactly like it runs padel. Same calendar, same price bands, same payments, same member base. On the player side Ace carries padel, tennis and pickleball, each with its own rating. Most of the network plays padel today, so that's where the extra players come from.
