Common pricing questions
Is "free" really free, or is it a trial?
Free means free. No trial period, no booking limit, no feature that switches off after a month. Use the booking system and community for as long as your club exists.
Why is it free?
Because our business isn't built on how many clubs pay a subscription. It's built on how many players play. The more clubs on Ace, the more useful the network is for players, and the more they play. When more games happen at your club, we earn from the online payments.
When does 2.5% become more?
It doesn't. We hold the price. If it ever changed, we'd announce it at least 6 months ahead, and we wouldn't raise it for clubs already on ClubBrain.
Do you take anything from bookings paid at the club?
No. When a player pays you at the counter or by bank transfer, it's entirely yours, and we never even see it as a transaction.
Does the player pay anything?
No. The player pays the court price you set. No booking fee, no service charge.
When do I get the money?
Payments go straight to your club's account through Stripe. You set the payout schedule and currency when you connect your account.
What if I want to leave?
You leave. No notice period, no penalty. We export your club's data for you.
Is there a one year contract?
No. There's no minimum commitment.
